Night/Day Progression value?

I'm organizing a virtual 24h of Le Mans which in fact will only last about a hour and 45 minutes in real life, which value should I pick to get a full Day/Night 24h cycle in the game over the course of a hour and 45 minutes?

Thanks in advance for your help.
 
If you were running the full 24hr race over a 1 hour period you'd do 24. 2 hours would be 12. I'd guess somewhere around 14 would be fine for a 1.75 hour race.
