Nike One 2022 (whats the deal with that car?)

I have scoured the internet looking for info but it all leads back to it being a car in GT4. The only videos I can find of it are clips from GT4. The only pictures I can find are from the game or artist renderings.

There are some made up cars in the game, but they are just real cars with fictional teams. Other really weird cars do exist in concept, one off or prototype form in the game but they are still genuine cars. I am convinced that the Nike One was made up for this game and that it does not exist in the form of a real functioning car.

Any info as to how this was made possible? Can they put the batmobile in GT5 if they are indeed cool with totally fictional cars?
