For this car, it's just to limit the gain of power and PP and the car is nice and stable, if i had changed the oil, i will gained in power and increased the PP but his behavior would have been different (understeering, oversteering...). I change the oil when it is needed and i keep a stable car !!
Ah I see so its just well refined, nice, at the time I was thinking why not just power limit if its for a certain race PP but I have since learned (have not had the game for long) that power limiting causes all sorts of high end torque curve problems after the cut off point (no fun at all!) and its usually better to take out parts than power limit in any case.
