The country tag doesn't mean anything. You can choose the country as you wish.. just have a valid address...

Crap...this is second event in a row that I've missed because of my ignorance to check the exact start date. I missed the AM and assumed we were racing PM. Sorry guys!

NTSC is NTSC. I would've put NTSC-J, but the majority here is either NTSC-US or PAL. So I was assuming everyone knew what I was talking about. Clearly everyone did except you. Sorry but never had this problem before.
