Nissan GT-R 500?

This is apparently called "GTR500 GT Stealth model" - ok but where's the normal car in GT5? What is it called? It's not in my list, which should be complete. :S

It'll be based on all of the Super GT models. i.e.: "Nissan XANAVI NISMO GT-R (SUPER GT) '08" or "Nissan WOODONE ADVAN Clarion GT-R (SUPER GT) '08". There are a few of them.

*Edit: They're all available in the Premium Nissan Dealership.

Correct, its based on the super GT nissan race cars. I have the gtr stealth from pre-ordering the game. Its quite a good car. i dont know how it performs in comparison to the onesavilible for purchase in the dealer since i havent purchased them myself yet, but i doubt theres a huge difference.

The "base car" would be the Nissan GT-R. As another person posted, it's from the JGTC(Japanese Grand Touring Car) series and there are two "classes" that race; the GT300 and the GT500 cars.

It came with the Signature Edition or pre-order bonus for PAL versions. Not sure about NTSC versions. All the codes should have expired by now anyways.

It was also available as a pre-order gift, at least from GameStop Europe. Don't know about other retailers, though.

Wrong... Though i've used my stealth codes for all the 6 stealth cars I got with my signature edition, the code expires on 31st December 2012!

I just doubled checked it, and both the Stealth code and the Chrome Line code expires 31.12.2012!

The stealth GT-R is very nice.

I got the stealth Mclaren F1 and the 787B from amazon - so I guess I can't be too disappointed!

Sony hinted that pre-order and exclusive cars might be available to buy as DLC at a later date, so you might not be out of luck.

Was there no signature edition release in the US? Because when I bought it I could only find the Collector's Edition ($100). I would have paid the $150 in a heartbeat for the beefier version

I just checked my pre-order code and it was expired on 31st January 2011, so my guess is that the Signature Edition codes last till the end of 2012 while the pre-order codes have already been expired, which has some kind of logic for the pre-order codes.

Yeah I would guess so...

But I didn't pre-order my Signature Edt. either... I bought it like a week after new year... Didn't have the money when the game was released
It's so worth the extra money!!! I haven't regret 1 second of buying it!

My code that came with the Asian First Print edition (which includes all stealth models except the Mazda) expires on 30 Sept 2013...
