Nissan GT-R GT3 who knows this car?

I was using this car last night and loving it except for one thing.

Shifting up and shifting down was extremely smooth but shifting down from 3rd to 2nd was really strange.

Close to half of the times I tried to do it, it wouldn't shift right away. It's almost as if the car needed me to be below a certain speed before I could shift to 2nd gear?

If any of you know this car and have used it extensively, are you experiencing anything like this?

I've encountered this many times (downhill at Mt Panorama and several areas of Spa), apparently it's a rev-limiting feature of GT3 cars; they only allow shifts in a certain RPM range. It's different from car to car, and can technically be disabled by switching ABS off (NOT recommended!)

I've noticed this in the RC-F as well. Can't downshift too aggressively.

I usually get this when going from 3rd to 2nd and again to 1st. I can tell its me because i loose the down shifting rhythm. Its just a safety feature to keep from blowing up. once i'm in the groove it barely happens. I feel like it happens unnecessarily sometimes . I play automobilista and they have this feature in a lot of cars so i'm not new to it. well all the gt3 cars have this.
