It's a Stealth car. This means you need a PSN/SEN code to redeem in PlayStation Store. You either need to have got one through ordering a special edition (Signature Edition in EU) or buy the code card off eBay*.

Actually, the Nissan GT-R GT500 Stealth car was a free gift to people in North America because the original DLC was delayed for a week in our region. The Honda NSX GT500 Stealth car was the gift for purchasing the Complete Pack of the DLC before November 8,2011.
