I want to get this last trade in before my limit reset, have on untouched, 0 miles got it from the level 17 gift ticket

Dude -- the 390 Road Car is not Lvl 17 ticket -- it is a Lvl 12 or a 98 Birthday ticket

I don't believe there were any trading limits back in January, but this should be closed.
 
The cars you state above are in the OCD (Online Dealership) and they are all 0 miles.
