60+ cars from 98 ticket versus 25 or so from level 12 ticket.

No..I'd of had it by now if it were.My bobs are both level 40(yet I'm only at 38 :odd:).
 
i got mine by luck its in the ucd but it's there after a race but if you race again without check-in the ucd it's gone
