Hi guys, usually i do a lot of time attack with my BNR34 but i cant find the perfect setup for this car and i want somebody witch can help me with that, please.

The problem is, the car has a lot understeer and i want to kill it. Since my style is FR and dont want to take another car because the engine has a great response (low rpm turbo 635hp at 4000rpm and torque at the same time i think).

Tracks that i use to do: Tsukuba, Mid-Field and Sierra

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks, Miguel!

If you post the parts you have installed and your tune setup, someone should be able to help you fine tune it a little better. End of next week I might be able to help, I have a few tunes on the back burner that I should finish up throughout the week.

Thanks man.

So, i have installed:
-Fully adjustable suspension/gearbox
-2plates clutch
-Brakes
-Adjustable LSD
-Carbon cardan
-Torque split differential
-Stage 3 engine with 79.5 of power(ECU, Titanium exhaust, exhaust manifold, cat, intake and low RPM turbo)
-Carbon fiber hood and Stage 2 weight reduction

I want to keep it with Stage 2 weight reduction and i dont want to install a GT Wing.

This is from @Motor City Hami garage. It helps a lot for people wanting a base tune they can finish on their own.

GT6 Quick Tunes
This section is for those who find tuning a hassle and would just like to race. Start with these settings and fine tune from there, if you so desire.

4WD Tarmac
Ride Height Front +20 over minimum
Ride Height Rear +10 over minimum
Springs Front 1/3 from left across the slider
Springs Rear 1/2 from the left across the slider
Dampers Compression Front 3
Damper Compression Rear 5
Dampers Extension Front 9
Damper Extension Rear 4
Anti-Roll Bar Front 3
Anti-Roll Bar Rear 7
Camber Front 0.5
Camber Rear 2.5
Toe Front -0.15
Toe Rear -0.10
Brake balance 4/5
LSD Front 12/15/10
LSD Rear 10/12/8
Torque Split 40:60

Hope this helps on your AWD endeavor.

Hi, he still have understeer with that setup.
Based on that, how can i improve it?
Try moving rear ride height farther to the left (3-5 at a time), move the rear spring rate farther to the right (.25 to .50 at a time), and adjust the toe angles farther to the left (0.02 to 0.05 at a time). Also, you can adjust the torque split to provide more power to the rear end than the front. I usually use something in the 25/75 or 35/65 range. You can also adjust your ballast position so there is more weight shifted to the rear of the car. For an AWD Skyline, I might suggest the area of 52/48 or 50/50 for maximum turnability, any more than that might make the car want to spin out upon braking into a corner or exiting with heavy throttle.
If you try any of these, do one at a time until the car feels right to you. The "shotgun tune" method of doing everthing at once might be close to what you are looking for, but won't teach you what you need to know about the balance and rotation tuning for your car. Hope this helps

Like all 4wd or Awd drives, your main concern should be is to have the front wheels with more contact then rear (just a little toe in).You also want to have the front compression between 7 and 10 which helps keep the front down when throttling unpredictable around corners, especially the technical tracks you mentioned above. Also I highly recommend that you have your springs tight which controls the car much more effectively and this is due to power from the skyline turbos which is another factor in the car understeering.

(Which more HP and torque, front lifts higher which causes the front tires to lose contact. As a result the car will understeer.)

Body roll is the main culprit...

The rear compression in this case should be between 5 and 10. For extensions have the rear higher than the front. You really don't have to mess with the LSD since the stock is better at lower pp but in your case you will have to.Use downforce and move ballast all the way to the right since the center of gravity is more closer to front of the car.Lower your ride height and when you do this do not have the front too low compared to the rear, this will disturb the cornering ability of the car and screw up your setup.

Example

Height.

Front 88. Rear 90

Compression

Front 8 rear 6

Extension

Front 4 rear 9

Camber

Varies...

Toe

Front -0.07. Rear 0.00

Sway bars

Front 5-6 rear 7

LSD

Brake sensitivity

Front 10. Rear 20

Torque

Front 8 or 9 rear 12 - 15

Acceleration

Front 16 Rear 30

Torque distribution

30:70 between 35:65
