I purchased the GT6 Anniversairy edition and got 1 million credits ( and many more things). The first thing I did was get a R34 and fully customize and tune it. This skyline has a custom bodykit, stock wing, painted carbon hood, BBS rims and it is fully tuned with all accesable tuning parts. The car has a whopping 978 Horse Power. The highest speed I got up to was 443 KPH but I crashed after that. They really improved game physics. Example ; the grass really gets you now, it is hard to get out of it. On Gran Turismo 5 this car ''only'' had 801 if its engine had fully broken in.

Man, this car is an absolute monster. I can hardly control it. So much power!

P.S. If you do have the Anniversairy edition, I'd suggest to use the cars you will get as a gift. Don't waste money on cars you don't need.
 
S**t dude! And I thought my 736HP R34 from GT5 was a beast. That's insane!

Well I don't agree on that lol. On youtube you can see many real life skylines with 1000 HP or more. Mainly because there are no good roads to reach top speed, you dont see them get so fast. Im pretty sure they could reach over 400, but not sure if anyone has the balls for it lol. I'd probably **** myself at 300+ KPH lol. But yes it is unlikely to see a Skyline reach that speed.

It is very hard to use the car in the game though.

Well it may have developed more, but I can't be bothered to boot up GT5 to check at the moment. In any case I've seen stories of GT-Rs developing around 1,000HP before - Import Tuner is full of them - so I'm not sure it's entirely unrealistic, though I do sort of question whether it would or wouldn't damage the engine doing the entire Mulsanne without chicanes at speeds fast enough to beat a Group C prototype. Oh well, maybe we'll get massive catastrophic engine failures at 250+ MPH due to having way too much power in an update. :P

Read what I said again bro. I know the power is realistic, the top speed not so much, at least for an r34 with 1000hp.
 
Question, is it 978HP without nitrous or with? Like if you was to uninstall the nitrous kit will it still say 978HP? If so I'm gonna guess the nitrous with the slider all the way to boost can add like an extra 200HP or something...

250+ in a street car is flipping speed. :D I think they need to increase aero drag.

How are you getting 978hp...is it the vspec II nur? I have only been able to get 953hp with mine. I think I'm missing something. It only has 400km on it but it should still be closer to your HP number. Shed some light my friend...too bad it doesn't break a 1000;) What's the break in miles for gt6?

I purchased nitrous for it. I did not change any settings of the nitrous though. On route X I reached 460 KPH -285 MPH lol. I could go faster but the host changed the track while I was slipstreaming.

It is the V Spec II Nur. I purchased all parts for it. Did you also buy the nitrous?

I did...I actually figured out what the issue was. For me, all engine mods (nos included) with the high range turbo I get 953hp. With all mods and a midrange it gives me 964hp @400km (not quite broke in). That is obviously an error on PDs part;)

The toyota supra has the same problem. More HP with medium turbo lol.
