I searched the same and I came up with nothing. So how does this work? Do you have some sort of magic search that I don't have if so that is pretty cool, I'd really like that.
It's unbelievable that all these years later (I remember this thread the first time), the lawsuits just keep on coming; although Nissan started the name change from Datsun in the USA around 1984, still using the name until early 1987 in their ads and dealerships.
This guy's last name is Nissan. He's not selling cars, he's not impersonating them, nor is he defaming the company with lies (since it is all public record). He did not usurp their domain name nor use a DoS attack at Nissan nor did he deface their site with using their logo.
