Do you think PD should bring nitrous back from gt4 for drag racing

For more than just that, but yeah it'd be nice along with several new tunning options that were once in the game or never have been yet.

However there are threads like this you might want to search for them, just in case.

I forgot about all the other tuning options cause I'm not a big tuner but It would be nice to have more tuning

I dont see why nitrous isn't in as a tuning option, but charge people to refill and only allow 40 seconds or so between refills with a weight penalty for installing it.

Likewise I would love to see a 'kers' regenerative electrical braking and recharge system added to some cars but again only if there is a weight penalty for installing it.
