So recently,i saw one of my friends driving with no assist, but only ABS 1, and i thought the following:

"He's using ABS 1,eh?:sly: i'm going to use entirely non-assisted and see if i can beat him!!"

So i trained and reached a point where i can make non-assisted setups without any assists, but the ABS has been a big spine: i can't figure how to set the brake balance correctly so it won't lock too easy, but give me at least slightly solid braking power without spinning out or overshooting all the time

So,yeah :D can someone explain me how racing works without ABS?:dopey: i'd be very thankful.

(P.S.:I'm still looking for friends to play GT5 along, who don't mind if the collision setting is turned to Off and who likes to have a good chat, without concentrating all of it on GT5 . Check to the left to see my PSN,and if you feel like it,give me a holler on the PS3. i'll add you when i'll hop on! ^^)

Check the threads here :

Also check the links on my sig, and my videos thread also linked on my sig. If you are using stick controller, I suggest start at low BB, 2/0, 3/1 or even 4/1, less in the rear ( front bias ) so the rear won't slide out. You can also add me : GTP_Orido, I often host no ABS room or join races with no ABS drivers :D

Here is another one, if you don't have wheel, and stuck with DS3, but have the old PS2 DS2 stick around, get USB adapter to use it on PS3, the face buttons works much better than DS3, brake and gas can be done more precise as the pressure sensitive buttons needs 3 time much more pressure than DS3 to get 100%.

It depends on the car, but also try front 1, rear 0. Give the "ABS 0 community where are you???" thread a read on the GT5 general page.
