Void here. Nice to meet you all.
I'm just testing the waters here, since I have a couple of nights free from online racing during the week (MON, TUE pretty much).
I came up with an idea (it's a work in progress) for a new Gr.3 series. In my mind, it sounds interesting and fun and I haven't seen anything like it before.
Or it could be a mess. I dunno.
I know it's hard to get people for a brand new league and mantain a solid base of drivers, but if you have those days free and this would be of interest to you and would like to give it a try, it would work something like this:
♦ 6-week season (this is subject to change depending on demand)
♦ 2 races of 15 minutes each race night (could be longer, again, depending on demand and feedback)
♦ Cars are selected through a Draft every week
♦ Free tyre choice
♦ Full car setup allowed
♦ A few mandatory decals in your livery would be required, for a sense of league identity.
♦ For Race 2, the draft order is reversed based on the Race 1 finishing results, meaning the last-place driver picks first and the winner picks last
