I've had a 360 since FM3 was released. I bought it because of the game. Nowtheres something wrong with it because no matter what it won't connect to the internet. Wired or wireless. I've tried getting a new Xbox but its just to much hassle and I can't be bothered anymore. I'm just wondering is there any other way of getting hold of the DLC for FM3

Even if you could, you'd still need Live to actually download it.

...Unless the DLC is released as a hard copy, which it likely won't be....what kind of problems are you having?

Sounds like your firewall is blocking your 360. Make sure that you've got it recognized and let it have access to the network.

The problem I'm having with it is it saying it cannot find a ip address. My firewalls not blocking it either. I've checked everything. I've had the Xbox support team on the phone while I've done it and they've said its the Xbox. I've tried to return it to Game but they won't take it back. I've had the Xbox for no longer than 5 months bought new. I can't return it and I'm not even going to bother asking microsoft to replace it for free again. So has anyone got a way for me to get the dlc, it would be very much appreciated

The only way to get the DLC for Forza, presumably, will be via XBOX Live. Although there are occasional releases via disc for some content for other games (Rock Band has been very good at doing this), I can't recall seeing Turn 10 ever offer a package off the shelf.

Well i just went out and bought a new Xbox just to get live. I've put in the code for the tracks and cars but i can't get the vip content. it keeps saying that it is unavailable. This includes the Ferrari 430 scuderia etc. is there a problem i should be aware of because it won't download it

Have you got the Limited Collectors Edition of Forza? You don't say which one it is that you have.

The standard edition has a code in with it for the Benchmark Tracks IIRC. To unlock the 430 Scuderia etc you need the code that comes with the LCE version.

Actually i think that a Forza 3 plus DLCs on discs is very possible because
the Forza 2 platinum hits have all the DLCs in a second disc. Also when Forza 3 info was first leaked (in year 2008 i think with Ninja Blade and Lips info) they were planing a monthly DLC, Vip status and after a year a new version with the DLC on disc.

So, i guess we will see a complete edition.
