No one in Pits in MX5 Endurance 4h race?

I'm 1h 33m into the A-Spec 4 hour Mazda Miata endurance race.

My RF Tire is almost gone, my LF is toast. When I enter the pits, the car slows down, does into the driveway, drives through and leaves the pits without a stop. No one is in the pit area.

What's going on??? I'm 2 laps ahead, but I can't shake the 2nd place car, he's right on my rear.

Do I have to drive for a certain time before the pits become active, or am I doing something wrong.

your going in to late when you come to the long straightaway go in in the grass part that has an asphalt thing when your turning thats where it starts make sure you slow down to60 to make it through though if your cars fast enough youll make up the laps and time lost
 
That, unfortunately, sounds like a very ill-timed glitch.

That did the trick. Guess I was blasting in too late. Tires changed and fuel adjusted. Appreciate it.

Im still confused I cannot get fuel in the race or change my tyres... Help me please!

I belive if the race has glitched, you have to restart. Dont quote me though...
