No Porsche or Brakes Modifications?

How come there's no dealer for Porsche or the company Porsche period? Also figured there would be upgraded brake packages as well since there's everything else or is this included in one of the upgrades, just you don't see it.

He's saying Porsche isn't in the game because EA has exclusive rights to the license. I said "Turn10 is actually EA?" because Forza has Porsche's yet they have nothing to do with EA.
