No Pre-order code

It's only just dawned on me I pre-ordered the game (CE version from amazon.co.uk) and don't have the codes to unlock the cars:

"Also, you can pick up six exclusive in-game vehicles by pre-ordering your copy of Gran Turismo 5."

Anyone else had this EXP? Any solutions kicking about??
