No throttle after car has been completely stoppedPS4

This is Project Cars GOTY Edition on PS 4 Pro.

I use Thrustmaster T300RS Gran Turismo Edition wheel and TH8A shifter.

I set Automatic Clutch to off.

Everything works well when I drive but if a car is stopped, completely halted, the throttle goes away.

If Automatic Clutch is on the throttle is there.

What gives? Am I doing something wrong?

I believe it’s the engine. The car has stalled. Happened to me a lot before I changed my button setup

If you have auto clutch off then yes, you just stalled the car.
