No ticket roulette after completing daily workout

I haven’t messed with any time zone nor have I done any glitches. I’ve completed my daily work out since two days ago and no ticket roulette was given a reward. I’ve checked garage and nothing in the gift box. I know the roulettes aren’t really that great but it’s still something. Anyone suffering the same problem after the 1.23 update?

You might have avoided messing with time zones, but have time zones messed with you?

Daylight Savings is changing peoples system clocks and thus making them miss out on a couple days of tickets, so if you've experienced that in your timezone then that's your problem. Bit of an oversight by PD.

I missed a roulette ticket just like you (I'm in New Zealand though) on the 28th of October but received a gift ticket during the weekend. Hopefully they send you one so you're all caught up.

Daylight Savings is changing peoples system clocks and thus making them miss out on a couple days of tickets, so if you've experienced that in your timezone then that's your problem.

That. Lots of reports from Australian users on this topic. PD implemented some kind of anti-cheat mechanism a while back to stop people mucking about with time zones to roll up 29 tickets a day (there's some halves and even two quarters), but it seems to have screwed with daylight savings changes too. You'll likely not receive one for two days.

It'll be fun when the USA and Europe switch in the next four weeks...

I think PD should issue everyone 5000000 credit tickets for the issue’s they have caused

I can confirm that the same thing happened to me in New Zealand last week. All subsequent daily workouts have worked just fine.

But probably won't get to play again until the weekend so should be working by then.

I received one yesterday upon completing the daily. But I still missed the other 2 times I did. Oh well thanks for clarifying everything guys

I didn’t get a daily ticket yesterday after the clocks changed last weekend. I haven’t messed with anything or changed any time zones! I’s this just another bug?
