No wheels on won car

Hello, i have one problem. i just won a car, Mclaren 650s gt3 2015 and i cant load the car, i see it on my screen but thats it, game is stuck there and nothing happends. I try to restart game and again same problem. then i try to buy that car and i saw one other mclaren is without wheels in the store too. i won car on circuit experience, and when i try to go there again game just start loading won cars and gives me that same piece of **** of mclaren and everything freezes again. any ideas???????

Is there a clear cache option in game options somewhere, maybe try that first and restatt game

no, it does not work

You might have to reinstall the game or something.

its not a problem to reinstal but i would like to keep my save game if it is possible

i can not use it in garage, it wont move to garage, just keeps on loading when is bought or won, same thing.

no. the car is not in my garage, only place where i can see it is in mclarens showroom in store, i can not obtain it, and i see a car in prize section but cant get it in garage. and in scape menu i can only add cars that i own

I dont care about no scapes. i wanna play all missions and complete them but i cant because my game gets stucked when i need to get won car, mclaren 650s gt3 2015. that is the problem. i dont even want that car, but game gave it to me. there is no way to avoid it. i have delete game and will try to reinstall it. will se if that helps

Have you tried trying to load the car in the livery editor even if it does not show up in the garage it could be there but if it's hidden or not showing in the garage because of the wheels missing glitch. Try loading it in livery editor. If the car shows in brand central McClaren is there no buy button? Have you also tried disconnecting the internet, changing car, then quit game, reload and reconnect to internet.

ive try everything, turn off ps restart game buy that car without wheels delete temp files in game, now im downloading game again and will reinstall. will see if that helps, where ever i select those 3 cars i get stuck, just keeps loading and thats it
