The image of the Tiger that Giles posted and how grain free it was had me thinking about something he mentioned on his kit list, a little bit of software called Noise Ninja.

After doing a bit of digging and giving the trial version a go I have dropped the money on the PS plug-in version of it, and all I can say it WOW. What a stunning piece of software it is, works wonders.

Noise Ninja is great.

But wasn't used on the tiger! Just a white balance correction and a minor contrast increase through manipulating the curves.

Still glad it got me to look at Noise Ninja, and given that you didn't use it on the Tiger shot the lack of noise for the ISO used it amazing.

Your toys are far to nice.
