Nokia Phone, and Ring tones.

I have a Nokia 3285 cell phone, and my phone supports downloadable ring tones, but my carrier does not support over the air downloads of tones. Plus, it would be long distance for me to get any tones from anyone that offers them on the web.

Is there a data cable and software that will work on a windows PC to put ring tones on phone?

I have only ever seen the Nokia data cable that basicly makes the phone into a modem, for laptops to transfer data over phone lines (dial up I-Net)
 
You used to be able to geta a product called the "Nokia Cellular Data Suite", which was a cable and software. If you have a laptop, and the 3285 (I'm not familiar with the number) has an IR port, then get yourself a copy of LogoManager, which is an excellent application for controlling your phone.
