Well i think its time to take some steps to update the GTPDC Panel of Judges. So what we are going to do is as a community nominate individuals (at least twenty) to be considered to hold a place on the gtp panel of judges for drifting cometitions. After the nominations have taken place a poll will be created at which time we will vote and the top ten or so individuals will occupy places on the GTP PANEL OF JUDGES. If not enough people are nominated, the original GTP judges panel will remain judges. Sorry for not being clear before, but this is really for nominating those who are not already on the panel, those ont he panel will be voted for later. This will strictly affect only the people who can judge, not who organizes events...

RULES:
--AN INDIVIDUAL CAN NOMINATE ONLY ONE PERSON
--AN INDIVIDUAL CAN BE NOMINATED ONCE ( DON"T WASTE YOUR VOTE)
--ALL NOMINEES MUST HAVE ATLEAST 100 POSTS AT GTP (hopefully most in the drifting forum)
--ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO NOMINATE SOMEONE MUST HAVE 100 POSTS (at least 10 must be constructive and in the drifting forum)
--deadline 2-13-04

btw exhaust_note, we're not voting, we're nominating for voting, so not everyone who is nominated will be a judge. Ooo the suspense is killing me! We should turn this into a reality TV show.

Exhuast is right, no need to nominate people already on the panel, we will include them in the vote if we have enough nominations. Sorry for not being clear, so if you nominated one of the ppl on the panel, feel free to change your nomination...

I have compiled a set of rules and judging guidlines that I am waiting to be approved by people with experience with this sort of thing.

Possibly a prize too.

Wow, thank's for the nominations guys. I nominate Bryan C, unless someone else did.......I'm too lazy to look back at the posts, so I'll just stick with that.;)
 
LOL, well since the thread is dying i will be putting up as a sticky, guess you were right after all street fighter... Try to get the word out ppl...
