This thread is for nominations for the most knowledgable member of GTPlanet: a member who has a good understanding of anything and everything - and is willing to share it with the rest of the community!

Nomination Guidelines:
  • You may only nominate one person. You can change this nomination by editing your post. I will not gather the names until nominations are complete.
  • If someone has already nominated the person you want to nominate, please nominate someone else or don't nominate anyone at all.
  • You may not nominate members who have not contributed to the community (i.e. less than 5 posts). Unless you have a very good reason, these nominations will be taken as a joke.
  • All serious nominations will be accepted, and the entire community will be able to vote for each nominee later.
  • You may add your comments to your post as to why you are nominating who you are. However, please do not discuss other's nominations. You will have your opportunity to let your feelings be known.
  • Please make only one post in this thread (your nomination).

I nominate Cano. One of the best gearheads I know. If its about hot roddin', Muscle cars, or anything in relation, he most likely knows ;)...

I nominate ///M-Spec. He's got the best real understanding of tuning and handling dynamics of any member currently on GTPlanet.

Well I had a tie between Famine and vat_man...and since Famine is already up....I say vat_man

I nominate GilesGuthrie. He really knows what he talking about when it comes to computers (not to mention other things).

I nominate Pako. He seems to know everything about guitars and in particualrly bass guitars and music.

Mazkid. Ask him a question about a Mazda. The answer will be longer then the owner of Mazda USA. ;)

You get my Nomination Maz!

I make no nomination in this thread and apologise for this and all of my posts in the GTP Awards forum. I was not out of line and I received no direct criticism based on my posts, however I do not feel these boards have the kind of spirit necessary for them to sustain my continuing support for these awards.

I nominate Der Alta.

Doug - you ironically violated a rule too. Idiot!

Doug has by far broken the most rules so far. A Moderator should remove him from the premises.

HEY PEOPLE! Please read the rules. Especially you moderators.

SHEESH!

Doug, because he knows so much about license plates.

I also think Josh goes up for this award. He is pretty smart in all the corners. 👍

No votes for anything for me. :(

Lewis Booth has nothing on me! :D

I nominate Doug. He knows all cars equally(pretty much), and anyone that can both tell the state, city, time made, and series of license plates deserves a nomination!
