Non modifiable/upgradeable cars

I've noticed a list like this doesn't exist. Myself and I'm sure others have spent time debating on buying a car just to find out you can't add performance upgrades or change wheels (since most standards can't get body kits). I'm figuring on 2 lists, cars that can't get performance upgrades, can't have the wheels changed, and the ones that fit into both. As much help as possible would be appriciated.

Ask DarkDoc over at Gamefaqs. He's made a lot of lists over the years. I helped him with a "cars that can use dirt tires" list for GT5. I bet he's got one started if not complete for just about every variable out there.
 
while you are at it, how about cars that can't be painted.

2014 Acura NSX can't have anything done to it.

You can upgrade the suspension on the Honda version, not sure about the Acura one though.
 
Most of the Vision GT cars can't have parts brought.
Also what about the Jay Leno Tank car? Or is there some massive power upgrade I'm missing out on?
 
Infiniti FX45 concept you can not put custom rims on this.
 
BMW M3 GTR '03 can't have custom parts. It could in GT5 though.
 
Mitisubishi Lancer Evo IX still can't have aero parts.
