Non Route X owners having problems online?

I'm having some problems to be connected to room with Route X being used. I don't have the new DLC and neither the other two. Everytime I enter a room with Route X I get disconnected in a space of seconds to ten minutes. This has been annoying me. Anyone that doesn't have the Route X having the same problem?
 
It happens to everyone, Route X or no Route X.

You get the "You network is not compatible" or what ever error?

And if I get in the server, most of times I'm getting "You have been disconnected" screen...
Maybe clearing the System Cache, the problem will be resolved?
