Noob Mr Tee needs help

Hey just signed up to try and get myself a Speed 12, too many attempts in UCD and I dont know how to get one otherwise. Can I buy one as I have way too many credits or would someone gift me their car for something I have.
Sorry for the stupid questions but any help would be great thanks!
