noob with some noob questions

1st: in 2player mode, when changing the accel/brake left/right for the 2nd player it does nothing. If I set the analog sticks to n/a then it does nothing. However the custom settings to the 1st player work perfect. How do i get around this?

2nd im retarded and when i set up my profile i spelled my screen name wrong how do i change if i even can. and if i cant how do i make a new profile? Like i said im retarded.

I don't know mate, wish I could help you, I'd also like to change my name but haven't found a way to change it yet. I'm starting to think PD found it too hard to make this particular feature.

P.S. I'm retarded too :)
