Went to load up my game today, as I am working towards 100% like im sure most of you are.....only to find....the save had somehow been corrupted!!! I have NO idea what the hell happened. Ive havent used any cheats or anything, havent saved at the ice cream factory (since i know people have had problems saving there) My game just decided to crap out on me for no reason at all. I was at 70% too :banghead: I have a backup save on my computer cuz ive got sharkport but the last time i backed it up was a few months ago so lord knows how far behind i am now. Oh well...I guess more people must die now to satisfy my anger :trouble:
 
I know the feeling, i had to start right from scratch when i realized i couldn't get past 99% becuase i cheated. but doing it the second time around seemed a lot easier cuz uou know what's going on and where things are and such. I have only been playing my second time around for 6 days and i'm already 92% done. i really have no life. :D
 
the sharkport save wont work, ive tried it before and it corrutpted my game save
 
Tips on avoiding corrupt game saves:

1. Never save at the ice cream factory
2. Don't cut the power while it's saving
3. Never cheat.

:( Yeah....just found that out this afternoon....tried loading up my sharkport save..but nope. nuthin doin....so now i gotta start from SCRATCH again....sigh
