Normal License IA-5 :o

So, redoing the licenses and I come to IA-5 Normal License. The R92CP @ LeMans and Gold is 0:28.400 , easy enough, but then I look at the Top 10 Stars 🤯
Someone named Chicken Mcnugget has #1 with a 0:12.006 ....Dunno, but I smell a McFishy
I suppose there is a glitch??

Why not send McNugget a message and ask how they did it?

May need to tell them that you're not an undercover cop or a snitch, just so they know they can trust you though...
