I've had GT5 since January and without a doubt I have had some real fun with it especially with my recently purchased Logitech Driving Force GT. But I have come to be a huge Le Mans fan, and there just isn't enough of it in the game. I'd love to be able to go to a race, with 4 classes (LMP/GT1/GT2/GT3) and just race. Endurance at La Sarthe, of course (my favorite track). I tried going into the racing series forum of the site, and all i found is the LMP series started by bremudakid, and it has already started. I just can't find anything to do in this game anymore. It's taken over by NASCAR, Drag, Drift, and PP racing. There are no organized races anymore, probably never have been. If you know ANY form of organized racing online, or even something fun to do offline, please tell me. I've been a fan of GT since GT1 and in fact i have my PS1 in my room with GT1 sitting in the disc tray. I want to have fun with this game, because i love racing and this is the closest thing i can get to it. Thanks for any advice guys.

Cheers!

P.S. I'm not sure if this is the right place for this post, but it's a question.
Mods, please move the thread to the appropriate place if its misplaced.

There is a huge number of organized races in the Racing Series sub forum. There aren't many Le Mans series (I think there is bermuda kids LMP, and kenwilinski's vintage) but there are plenty of GT500 series, Formula series, and even races like my vintage series. Also, be sure to check the Interest Checks regularly for new series in the works.

Or why not start your own series? I know I'd consider joining them...

I would join.

I plan on starting either a LM/LMP based, or a BMW series after my vintage league is over, so keep an eye out ;)

I would love to join but every time I want to join something it has all the times and dates that I cannot play

That's also one of my problems. I'm not available much on the weekdays.

there are enough..

The older ps3 game grid had the lmp races perfected. All the classes in one race and it was great.

I am a with a guy named Gogatrs in an ALMS Series, or American Le Mans Series, we just finished season 2, we run LMP, GT, and trying to bring back GTC for season 3

Cowboys, do you have a thread? I'd love to join.

Search Gogatrs and there's an Off-Season ALMS thread in his threads in the Interest Checks section I think

Okay, but when does it start. I dont see much other than getting either gtc or gt2 in.
