Not getting gold/chrome paint

So apparently I'm supposed to get a gold/chrome paint ever 30 cars I buy but I have about 150 cars and I don't have and gold or chrome paints. Is this a bug? I also don't get things like level __ tickets (is this because I'm level 31 of A-spec but still at 0 on B-spec.
 
All you get is a 'Special' paint. It MAY be gold or silver chrome but more likely to be a matte or colour-shift.
I have about 900 cars in my garage and still haven't been given either silver or gold.
Birthday tickets are only given on your birthday. You get the year you were born.
Level tickets are awarded for completing A-Spec race series events.
Special tickets can be for getting golds on Licenses, seasonals or other game achievements.

Gold paint is very rare.. but are you saying you dont get ANY paint whatsoever after getting a multiple of 30 cars? or are you just getting matte paint?

as for the level tickets, you get them by completing every event in a series .. eg. beginner series. the higher the series, the higher level your ticket will be.
 
Gold chrome is random, 150 cars isnt that many, there are 2 chromes and like 10 mattes, so chances are in favour of getting a matte.
just go to the gtp marketplace and trade for a chromr, easy..

As for tickets, you can only get them by golding all events in a spec or b spec.
Eg. Lvl 5 for golding all begginer.
Lvl 12 for amatuer.
Lvl 18 for professional.
Lvl 21 for extreme.
Lvl 24 for endurance.

I have never gotten my own chrome paints. I've collected 1300 cars and every set of 30 cars came with a matte paint. I had to trade to get my collection of gold and silver chrome.

heres a secret on how to get the special color you want. when you get the message saying you have reached x amount of cars do NOT hit okay. hit the psn button and quit game. do this over and over again until you get what you want. it does get annoying but worth it i guess. idk if this was already found or i found it myself. but it does work

That's a way to do it but it is far easier to just trade with someone here. A lot of people have the "rare" paints.
