Not getting prize car for all Gold on National B License...

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I'm quite frustrated over the fact that I'm not getting my prize car, the Alfa MiTo after having gotten gold for every National B License event. I believe I finished the National B License before I installed the day 1 patch (my internet wasn't working well when I first bought the game), so maybe that's the reason why? And if so, how do I receive it? Should I re-do all the tests? And also, I believe I received a second kart after entering the National B license after the patch...

No way to get the MiTo, re-do all the tests wouldn'd do it, I tried.

I think I found an explaination, one of the tests seem to hag the gold time target changed in the update, as I actually golded before update and the time now would be a silver one, did the test again with a "new gold" time, still didn't receive the Alfa Romeo.
