Not sure how this works...

Ok, so I just started doing seasonal events and I'm not sure how the credits add up. There's two parts to this, so bear with me.

First, as I understand it, if you do not win first, you get the credits allotted to what ever place you take. However, I just intentionally took second in the Dodge Challenger race and where it states I should get $65,000 instead I got $390,000.

And...

If you can keep winning until you place first, why not go and get fourth, race again, get third, race again, get second, and so on. You could really let the money pile up that way.

Or am I understanding it wrong?

You get prize money based on the position you placed and all lower than it. So when you got 2nd you got money for 2,3,4,5, etc.

However, if you race again and get 2nd or lower you don't get the prize money again.

If you get 1st when you do it again, you will only get the money for first place since you already won the rest of the money.

Hi, it's not a reply but another "How is this working" question. What's about let's say Drift No.3 seasonal Event ? What that race will give to me if I got a good position ? I don't see any detailed explanation in the game !

For now I'm like at the 2000th place in that one, but if get like 3rd, will I win some cash ?
 
Yeah. So the seasonal event with the prius and prize cash 300K, do i have to be first in the leaderboards or first in the race?

Time trialing and Drifting is all about respect, no 'physical' prizes I'm afraid...
 
The prizes stacks, so if you get say, 2nd, you'll recieve whatever award for 2nd place and below, when you score 1st place you win all of them, so that's why you get more money than stated, it's pointless to try and actually get 4th, 3rd, 1st, just to get the individual prizes because they stack up into one payment when you score 1st.

I'm assuming you havn't touched special events at all, cause it's the same formula there.

Tvr speed 6 at cape ring
Alfa romeo 8C at rome
Euro touring cars at nurburgring nordschliefe
 
re these special events against all other online drivers or in game ??

Cos I did one in the begining and got the message that I will see the results when the event is over ?? and nonmoney ot nothing else ??

or is there two differents kind ?? the time trials ans the races ??

Time trials and drift trials will give you no CR. or XP. payout. Only the bonus races do that.
