Nothing loading after installing Route x

When i try to join an online lobby it freezes on the little bar that goes up infront of the track, when i load a speed test the music intermittently freezes and it loads infinetely when i press start test, when i load an A spec event the same thing happens but sometimes it starts after 5 mins but the sky fails to render so im driving in the day time with a black featureless sky, all instances usually require a hard restart.

It happened on the 24h of le man event aswell. how weird

I have problem too about speed test DLC, I have already buy it and install it, but there's nothing in my Download Content (no list of purchased item). Weird n lost my money. Somebody can help?
Is sony/polyphonic would help?
