Nothing shows on the Ferrari F430

So basically I like the F430scud a lot & I wanted to see if you could alter the visuals of the regular F430 in GT6. You could not in GT5. So I thought, buy it.. Check it out.
I do..
Go find, and to my surprise the option to buy non painted carbon hood.
Bought it..
Go and look at wings/flat floor ect and nothing shows up even with the options selected and available. Carbon hood just purchased.. Not showing as well.
Exit..
Save and turn off.
Reboot just to double check.
Back on and still nothing..
Even took it out on tracks and gallery. Nothing shows up.. Plain jane, looks stock even though parts are said to be there. The wheel change however does show.
