Now I am searching for a few good xbox racing games, besides PGR2 and Forza 1

The Countach, Diablo, F50, Basically any car made from 1980-1999.

No, I don't want to have to resort to playing Need for Speed High Stakes and downloading add-on cars...it just isn't fulfilling.

Also I don't have an xbox so I can't get project gotham racing. (ignore this)

The original Need for speed 1 and 2 have a few of those cars (also test drive 1 and 2) but those games are so old and...I want a game that can really emulate the feel of those good ol cars. :)

Can anyone help me out here? :)
 
Been there done that...too old, I want a newer game with a better feel, graphics, and SOUND :D
 
Ok guys I am eventually going to get me an xbox...with im sure PGR2 and forza 1

What are some other really good racing games for the xbox?
 
We're talking about the origional XBOX, right?

Rallisport Challenge 1 & 2 were excellent racing games, as were the TOCA titles as well. But, honestly, thats about all I can think of...

Exactly what I was going to say but skip Rallisport Challenge 1. 2 is much better. There really isnt much to choose from when it comes to racing games on the original xbox. Now if you had a 360 you could be busy with racing games for a long time. The Toca games are very fun.
If you want to race Lamborghinis you should think of getting a 360.
 
Rallisport Challenge 2 is excellent. The Burnout games are great, too.

Need for Speed Most Wanted is acceptable, and it has Lamborghinis. So does NFS Carbon, which is somewhat less acceptable.

I actualy liked Carbon better than NFS Most Wanted.
