Nr2003 help!!!

hey guys im new here and i wanna know WTH is happening with my nr2003...
ive installed it and patched from 1.0 to 1.2.0.1. then i create a new profile then i set my settings for sound and graphics and blablabla....and then when i choose a track i press continue and it brings me to the practice session i press drive.....the game is on for like 2 secs. and after that it freezes ......than i cant start task manager or anything i just have to press the restart button on my pc!!!!!!!:Windows xp pro sp2,1go ram,AMD Sepron(TM) Processor 3100+ overclocked from 1.8ghz to 3.1ghz and i have VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP.......................................help!!!!!!!!!

If your using a no CD patch try a different no CD patch until it works.
