NSFU2 - Complete at 78%?

I've been meaning to mention this for a while now, but I kept forgetting.

Why have I completed Need For Speed Underground 2 at only 78%? Are there some hidden levels I've missed, or is it a frack-up on EA's part? Is it the same on the PS2 version, or is just on the Xbox?
 
You need all your cars 10 star rated,all magazine covers and all the races done(even the races at the very begining of the game,plus the SUV ones). Which means you'd have to start again.

You get nothing for 100% apart from a sense of satisfaction.
 
You need to complete all the hidden races, get all magazine and DVD covers, and get all cars to 10 stars. Theres a thread in the NFSU forum about this same question.
 
well that sucks, I guess im not getting 100% because I would rather my cars look decent than get visual respect points.

So when you beat the game I assume all the parts are unlocked by then? I never got that far before but I did get far enough to get the WRX and Skyline. And then my first Xbox fried.
