So I decided to try this car out. Drives ok, a bit tail happy but nothing unruly. Though I noticed something. When you come to a complete stop, as soon as you come off the brake, not giving it any throttle, the throttle automatically picked up to maybe 20%? As to just keep the engine running? If you jump on the brake at this point the throttle goes to zero but you hear the engine blip as if the car disengaged the clutch. Off the brake and the car is back to 20% throttle. When you are driving its normal, if you are off the gas you are off the gas. I thought it was maybe my pedal losing calibration. But I tried other cars and nothing does this. Anyone else noticed this?

I noticed it right away. It has something to do with the electric drive apparatus, If I'm not mistaken. Give the description a read.

I've had this happen to me in many cars (i think the FT-1 was the last one i noticed it in). I always thought it was something up with my pedals because they do act up from time to time, but I really don't know.

A couple vehicles in Gt5 also did this for some inexplicable reason. I never cared much to actually investigate.

DSGs and automatic transmissions do this. In an auto, the wheels are forever linked to the engine when in drive via the torque converter. Because of this, the idling of the engine will power the wheels, because of course, the engine is never at 0 RPM at a stop (unless your car is turned off). I'm not entirely sure for DSGs, but I think something similar happens, albeit with clutches and stuff.
