I'm positive that I am late to the party on this one but holy cow is ETX going to fix some of the issues with this game?!
I just got this for fathers day last month and now that GTA is over and I had a little bit of time (and thoroughly bored with GT6) I thought of give it a spin.
Physics seem alot better than the previous NTG2011 I have, graphics are good enough, sound is SO much better than GT, even a quite nice livery editor. So it's solid enough that I think I'll actually stick with it for awhile.
Now, this game in replay/photomode is a nightmare. I realize that these are just going to be snapshots because of the lackluster graphics but I'd like to take a few shots here and there. The replays are horrid with cars driving under lines, walls, and tire marks. The camera controls often show up in the final picture because they have such issues when you hide/unhide them, and now it's completely freezing almost every other time forcing a restart of the game.
People complain about GT having bugs and being unstable? I guess they've never played this game!
I did get an update when I first put in the disc (famed day 1 patch I presume) but there haven't been any others since?
I haven't even gone anywhere near online yet and not sure I will based on the horror stories I've seen online about that.
Anyone here still running this game and know.if there are any fixes on the way?
