NTSC S2000 '04 is the same as the PAL S2000 '03?

In the PAL version their are the following S2000's
Honda S2000 ('99)
Honda S2000 ('01)
Honda S2000 ('03)
Honda S2000 Type-V ('00)
Honda S2000 Type-V ('01)
Honda S2000 Type-V ('03)

In the NTSC Version their are the following S2000's
Honda S2000 ('99)
Honda S2000 ('01)
Honda S2000 ('04)
Honda S2000 Type-V ('00)
Honda S2000 Type-V ('01)
Honda S2000 Type-V ('03)


As you can see the PAL S2000 ('03) is missing from NTSC, yet the NTSC S2000 ('04) is missing from PAL

Are these the same cars?
 
Yes, they are. I amended the PAL car list in the Wiki yesterday to account for this.
 
Thanks for the confirmation Famine 👍, i thought they would be but i wasnt sure...

I was looking for the 2004 model as it was a required car for a OLR race, yet i couldnt find it...

At least its not a difference, unlike the fairlady LM race car (2002) which has more hp in PAL but less in NTSC (at least in arcade mode). And of course the Esso supra that isnt even in NTSC.

I wonder why the discrepinces
