Is there a reason why PD choose for the 24HR Ring race to have Prototypes as AI compitition? If I remember there has never been Le Man Prototypes participate in 24hr ring. Except maybe back in Group C days. So why cant 24hr race be just GT cars. Yeah theres prototypes that race 24hr ring (Zagato, P 4/5 Compititione) but not LMP cars. I just wish PD would make or change race for instance 24hr Ring with just GT racing cars (which there are plenty to choose from), or maybe a 24Hr Daytona just need Porsche, Mazda RX8 RM, DP (new Corvette DP sound amazing) we already have a Camaro RM (go to Ultimatecarpage.net and check out 2012 Camaro GT
 
It's because they're aren't enough GT Class cars in the game.
 
Most of the GT cars are too fast too. The R8 LMS from the 4 hour is closest to the real thing, for the top class of cars at least. I'd be satisfied with (fast) street legal cars myself. Not a lot of GT3/4 cars to choose from in the game, I suppose the DTM-level touring cars might work.

It does seem silly to have LMP/Grp Cs for both 24 hour races, especially since those cars are faster than necessary for the Ring.
 
But the 4 hours of Nurburgring has GT cars. Why did they change to Le Mans Prototypes for the 24 hours? :confused: This is quite weird considering in real life the 4 hours of Nurburgring is sort of a qualifying for the 24 hour race.
 
they should make classes GT1-Mclaren F1 GTR, CLK GTR, Vette ZR1 LM ( I consider a C6R with power and gear ratio managment GT3- Lister Storm and ........ cant think any more gonna finish 24hr ring 6 more hours and tomorrow off
