Does anyone know the experience points that you get for finishing lower than 1st in the Nurburgring 4H endurance race (with 200% bonus)?

He's asking for the xp if you don't finish in 1st but for anyone is going to answer your question they would need to know what position you are going to finish in. Even then though I'm not sure anyone know's the xp from losing one of the endurances.

Finishing second; I'm thinking about half of what it is to win. That would be a good conservative estimate. If you do this, then we'll all have another answer. :)

Thanks Jubby.

I need 2.4 million XP to get to level 40 (and my first platinum trophy) and want to get it with one more 4h Nurburgring race but I want to make it a competitive race. I was wondering how much leeway that I had for not finishing first. I know that no one is going to know the experience points for each finishing spot but was hoping that some people would remember what they got for not finishing first. It sounds like second will get me pretty close but probably not much lower than that.

Lol my first platinum trophy was Burnout Paradise's :D

What you could try doing is to go to a short race(4-5mins)and then intentionally finish second and note the xp points vs first place...This will work out to a percentage of the winners xp...Perhaps PD is using a game wide ratio. That would make sense to me..

I misunderstood the question - I don't think anyone has the actual numbers, but for anyone who's willing, the quickest way to find out would be to:

  1. Start the 4H Nurb race using a car you can comfortably win in.
  2. Make a pit stop just before the 4H timer expires and suspend the race
  3. Backup the save to a flash drive.
  4. Reload the race - you'll need to drive one final lap.
  5. Stop just before the start-finish line and WAIT for the 2nd/3rd/4th(etc.) car to finish (this may take a bit of patience for the slower cars).
  6. Cross the finish line
  7. Record XP/CR winnings
  8. Restore the backup save from the flash drive, and repeat as necessary to finish the race in a different order and obtain results.

Ideally, the faster AI cars are further behind, but on the same lap, otherwise, you'll be waiting forever. So it's important to use a car that's a little faster, but not ridiculously faster (like an X2010, FGT, LMP).
