Obtaining the 205?

OK I've looked at all the FAQs etc. and looked on Google but all it tells me is how to get the 205 rally cars, which I already have. I want to know how I can get the standard 205 turbo 16, does anyone know? Is it just in the used car lots, because it cannot be bought from the Peugeot section!

can be obtained in the used car lot

1985 : 205 Turbo 16 Rally Car
can be obtained in the PEUGEOT 206 Cup

1986 : 205 Turbo 16 Evolution 2 Rally Car
can be obtained in the George V Paris rally ( hard )
