Are cars from the OCD more powerful than cars won by tickets?

I have a CLK touring car I got from a ticket, after oil change the output is 450 HP. After the lovely OCD update I bought another one, but this one puts out 465 HP after oil change.

Its the same with the 190E touring car, the OCD version has 10-15 more horses after oil change compared to the car won by a ticket..

Can anyone confirm this?

All the cars in the OCD are already "broken in", ones from tickets are not.:)

That's good to know
