A competitor from the times sjaak enters the field in the first japanese car we have seen so far. this AWD subaru could prove to be quite useful especially in the events that require traction such as the 400M or any wet events that MAY be held, an interesting choice.
NEXT:
Driver: Risky otter
Car: mazda rx-7 type RZ - 39,980
Mod list:
fully custom sus. - 17,000

Otter comes to the competition packing some japanese punch, the Mazda Rx7 has world renowned handling capabilities and a truly unique powerplant. but dont let that 1.3 liter badge fool you this little turbocharged engine packs quite a punch. anyone underestimating this car is in for a big suprise.
NEXT UP WE HAVE:
Driver:Boone501

Boone enters the competition in the 2nd rally inspired car in the competition, a real rivalry has existed for ages between the mitsubishi lancer, and the Subaru WRX, and im sure this contest will prove to be no different, again with all wheel drive i would look for this car to realy shine on the 400M and any wet events.
AND FINALLY:
Driver: Famine
Car: Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R - 31150
mod list:
T7 Tyres - 35000

NA Stage 2 - 12500
Weight Reduction 1 - 1200
Tuned ROM - 1500
SR Flywheel - 600
Car Cost:$99,900
Famine has done alot of research and created data sheets and everything to statistically figure out what is the best car. underestimating this mustang would be a HUGE mistake, with the stickiest tires of the competition, it shouldnt have any trouble carving the tarmac, but sometimes it is what is in the driver, and not just the numbers that makes the difference. We will see....
we have one late entry approval due to technical problems....
Driver: AngelX
Car: cheverolet corvette grandsport - 40,010
Mod list:
tires: T5 tires Cr. 22,250
transmission: full racing Cr. 10,200

Weight reduction: stage one Cr. 1,100

brakes: sports Cr. 4,600
Suspension: sports Cr. 3,100
Flywheel: Semi-Racing Cr. 550
Total Car cost: 99,660
This competitor comes to us from GTP looks like he has chosen the previous model corvette coded the C4 this car makes bucketloads of horse power and has been known to compete with the best of them. the Grand sport was a limited run made in the last year of the C4 chassis, and arguably one of the best C4's ever built (some may argue for the ZR1) with its agressive looks and high level of modification, this will be a car to keep your eye on for sure.
OK guys there is the field, pretty diverse, a couple repeats, but none modded the same. incase you didnt notice there are 7 drivers, meaning that if you finish the miniseason atop the points you will get a bye run on the first round of the elimination bracket, making points just that much more important.
FIRST RACE:
Track: Apricot Hill
Arcade mode Easy (2 laps)
Due date: sunday June 27th by midnight central time (united states)
Rules: standard OLR rules apply, if there are any questions as to what those are feel free to ask.
THE 400M will be due with this event, it will be a double points week.
good luck drivers, and have fun!!!!!!!
(If i hear back from Angel X i will accept that entry late as well because it is an error on my end...email malfunction.)
EDIT: OH AND PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR TIMES VIA PM HERE OR OVER AT THE TIMES AS MY EMAIL IS UNRELIABLE AT BEST
