It's there. The countries are sorted alphabetically by abbreviation, not country name, so Spain [ES] will not be listed with other countries that start with 'S'.

Ooh thanks for this but it doesn't have [CE], what is that because I raced someone on Stock Car London with it
 
According to the ISO, there is no country with the code [CE].
 
Ah ok I wonder if its something to do with a PD worker or mabye a Network Issue, I'm really just clutching at straws on those

I must add that I really like Jordans pic, did you make it yourself ?

I've seen [CE] in the starting grid as well.
 
CE is for Sri Lanka, based on it's old name, Ceylon
